I have had several through out my life! I had to unlearn a lot of old bad habits and integrate realistic habits into my lifestyle. It helps that my educational background includes a B.S. in Exercise Science. Also, I have challenged myself to learn other aspects of health that includes mobility/stretching, fat loss transformations, and a diverse range of fitness training from HIIT to sport specific. I bring empathy and understanding to approaching SMART goals. I have worked with professionals from various backgrounds on a national level, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face on their wellness journeys.
