Founder & Wellness Coach

Welcome to Kinetics, as founder I would like to share my background. I am a dedicated health coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science and over eight years of hands-on experience in the fitness and wellness industry. The start of my career, I engaged in the personal training field professionally, tailoring fitness programs to individual needs and helping clients achieve their personal health goals.  Finding my footing in the health industry, I became a national Health Coach. I worked in a corporate setting for four enriching years, where I guided professionals to integrate healthier habits into their busy lives. This included biomarker counseling, strength and value spotting, motivational interviewing, emphasis on weight management, exercise recommendations and tobacco cessation. My approach to health coaching is built on a foundation of empathy and effective communication, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported. I excel in problem-solving and time management, which enables me to create efficient and effective wellness plans. Additionally, my cultural competence allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and respectful coaching environment. Together, we can embark on a journey towards a healthier, happier you.
